Over the years, we have been guiding people in different ways and we have achieved incredible results.

Sometimes through counseling, therapies, seminars, and other transformative modalities, we have helped individuals overcome obstacles and unlock their full potential.

At other times, through our businesses, trainings, and online resources, we have empowered people with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to create positive change in their lives and in the world around them.

Regardless of the approach, the outcomes have been consistently remarkable, with our clients and students reporting clear and concrete benefits that have led to lasting fulfillment and success.

This is why we have made the unwavering decision to not limit our support to only those who can afford to pay for help. Instead, we are driven by an unshakable commitment to offer the opportunity for well-being, happiness, peace, and fulfillment to anyone and everyone who seeks it.

We are passionate about sharing the most impactful teachings, methods, and resources with all those who need them, regardless of their financial circumstances.

And we do this not for money, but for the pure joy of giving, for the sake of compassion, loving-kindness, and care – because we believe that everyone deserves to thrive, and that by lifting others up, we all rise together.

Ethics and
Morality

As a foundation for our mental well being and for our spiritual path, is morality or ethics.
Buddhism offer 5 to 10 precepts lay people can follow, in this section, we will share these precepts in details, here is the 5 first ones...

What are the 5 ethical principles in Buddhism?
Known as precepts.

That can be applied and followed by anyone...
To live a more peaceful and rich life, for oneself and for others...

First 5 precepts:

1. Do good, be gentle, kind, caring, friendly...

2. Respect the property of others...

3. Respect your wife or husband and respect the other couples.

4. Keep you mind and body free from intoxicants...

5. Always be honest and say the truth.

The 5 precepts can and should be applied by lay people in their daily living.

Ordained monks, observe 227 rules. Some say that nuns have 331 rules.

Statement of Beliefs and Faith

Statement of Faith:

Faith is not the perfect word related to Buddhism, the Buddha doesn't want people to have blind faith but to know by themselves.
Once we know we have faith.

  1. We have faith in the Three Jewels: the Buddha, the Dhamma (his teachings), and the Sangha (the monastic community), as the central objects of refuge and devotion.

  2. We have faith in the potential for all beings to attain enlightenment and the inherent Buddha-nature within each sentient being.

  3. We have faith in the efficacy of the Buddhist path, including the practices of morality, meditation, and wisdom, to lead to the cessation of suffering and the attainment of Nirvana.

  4. We have faith in the interconnectedness of all phenomena and the principle of dependent origination, that all things arise in dependence upon multiple causes and conditions.

  5. We have faith in the Buddhist precepts (5, 8 and 10 for lay people), allowing all beings to feel ease, peace and harmony in themselves while offering others peace and safety.

Statement of Beliefs:

Buddhism is not a religion of beliefs, but of experiences, when we practice and apply these guidelines, then we know that the Buddha was right and that these "steps" can lead someone who practice them towards Nirvana, towards full liberation.

  1. We believe in the Four Noble Truths, which are the truths of suffering, the cause of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the path to the cessation of suffering.

  2. We believe in the law of karma, that our intentions, speech and actions have consequences, and that through ethical conduct and mental discipline, we can cultivate positive karma and progress towards enlightenment.

  3. We believe in the concept of impermanence (Anicca), that all things are in a constant state of change, and that attachment to impermanent things leads to suffering.

  4. We believe in the practice of mindfulness, being fully present and aware in each moment, and developing insight into the true nature of reality.

  5. We believe in the Noble Eightfold Path, which consists of right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration, as a guide to ethical and mental development.

  6. We believe in the possibility for anyone with the right intention and discipline to attain the state of full liberation, (arahant) and be free from the cycle of existence (samsara).

  7. We believe in developing beautiful and divine qualities in ourselves and share them with the world, we believe that anyone can experience and share with others their inherent kindness, friendliness, care, goodwill, emapthy, patience, generosity, compassion, altruistic joy, equanimity, wisdom...
